RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Rabun Moss and Jerry Ward be reappointed
to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Rabun Moss and Jerry Ward to
said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Rabun Moss and Jerry Ward be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Regional Communications Advisory Board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of December, A.D., 2003.
