RESOLUTION
RE: CLARIFICATION OF RESOLUTION CONCERNING PAY-FOR-PERFORMANCE
PLAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of September, 1982, the Board
approved a Resolution concerning Pay-for-Performance Plan for
Weld County employees., and
WHEREAS, it has come to the Board' s attention that clari-
fication as to which County departments are to be involved in
said Pay-for-Performance Plan is necessary, and
WHEREAS, the Board now wishes to clarify the Resolution by
declaring that all Weld County departments are to be included in
said Plan, with the exception of those departments which are
under the State Merit System, i.e., Weld County Social Services
Department and the Extension agents and any other employee who

is under the State Merit System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Resolution concerning
the Pay-for-Performance Plan be clarified to reflect that said
Plan includes all Weld County employees except those employees
who are under the State Merit System.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
September, A.D. , 1982.
