SUBJECT: Proposed revisions to MF-603 (Buxman Estates Final Plat)

Planning Staff recommends the following revisions to the MF-603 resolution:
1) Amend condition 1.C: Add the following: "Covenants shall address the issue that irrigation
water is to be leased to the homeowners association nd does not guarantee a permanent
irrigation source for the Buxman Estates Subdivision.`Covenants shall also address the
protection of dry pastureland from overgrazing in the event that irrigation water is not
available."
2) Delete condition of approval item 1.H (Bus stop) - this is already indicated on the
plat.
3) Delete condition of approval item 1.1 - this is already covered under condition of
approval 1.F

The Sheriff's Office lacks the ability to absorb any additional service demand
without the resources recommended in the multi-year plan provided to the Board of
County Commissioners or as indicated by growth not considered at the time the plan was
developed. I have no other comments on this proposal.
