RE: APPOINTMENT OF ESTHER McCRUMB TO HIGH PLAINS LIBRARY BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners has been informed
that it is necessary to make an appointment to the High Plains
Library Board to fill the unexpired term of Mary Margaret Carlson,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to appoint Esther McCrumb to said Board to fill the unexpired
term of Mary Margaret Carlson, said term to expire January 1, 1981 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Esther McCrumb be, and
hereby is, appointed to the High Plains Library Board to fill the
unexpired term of Mary Margaret Carlson, said term to expire
January 1, 1981.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
January, A.D. , 1980.

Subject: Advisory Board Appointments
The following advisory board positions have been scheduled for
your consideration on the Board meeting of January 7 , 1980. If
you have any problems or questions regarding these recommendations,
please advise me as soon as possible.
High Plains Library Board Representative: Mary Margaret Carlson
was serving a term on this board which will expire January 1 , 1981 ;
in that she is no longer a member of the Weld County Library Board
of Trustees , the Library Board has recommended that Esther McCrumb
be appointed to complete her term.
