hearing will be held in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, First Floor, Greeley, Colorado, at the
time specified.
If a court reporter is desired, please advise the Clerk to the Board, in writing, at least five
days prior to the hearing. The cost of engaging a court reporter shall be borne by the requesting

The Weld County Planning Commission will
hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 1,
2003, at 1:30 p.m. for the purpose of
considering a Site Specific Development Plan
and Special Review Permit for a business
permitted as a use by right or accessory use
in the Commercial Zone District(Landscaping
Materials Yard) in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District for the property described below.
Approval of the request may create a vested
property right pursuant to Colorado Law.

Donita,
I have bad bad news. I don't show that we ever received or published or billed for USR 1430. I found
1429 and 1431, and looked for several weeks before and after June 19th but I cannot find it. I keep a
notebook where I write down the legals as they come in, get printed, pasted down and billed. I can't find
any sign of 1430.
What do we do now??

This is an email I received from the Lady at the South Weld Sun that handles the legals. My records show
that it was emailed and faxed to her May 8, 2003. My records even show that I received an affidavit from
them in the mail, so it is odd that she can't find evidence of it. I have emailed her two or three times in the
last two weeks asking if she found any more information about it but have not heard from her. So I guess
my question is the same as hers was-what do we do now?
