RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF FRANK LEE, JR. FOR A PRINCIPAL
DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT ON A PARCEL OF
LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF SECTION 27 , TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH,
RANGE 66 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Frank Lee, Jr. has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place a
mobile home on the following described real estate, as a prin-
cipal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 18th day of February, 1981 , considered the request
of Frank Lee, Jr. for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on
a parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
Lot 8, Block 22 , Aristocrat Ran-
chettes, a subdivision of Weld
County, located in Section 27 ,
Township 2 North, Range 66 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
applicant, as well as the recommendations of the Weld County
Department of Planning Services , finds that said request should
be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Frank
Lee, Jr. for permission to place a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby
is, granted.
