RE: ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION OF TELEVISION SET TO WELD COUNTY
JUVENILE CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , St. Williams Catholic Church has donated a nine-
teen inch, RCA black and white television set to the Weld County
Juvenile Center, and
WHEREAS , said television set is valued at $134 . 00 and the
serial number is #33861-3541 , and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept
all donations via Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the donation of the nine-
teen inch, RCA black and white television set to the Weld County
Juvenile Center from St. Williams Catholic Church be, and hereby
is , accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this
Resolution, along with a letter of thanks , be forwarded to St.
Williams Catholic Church, c/o Father Anthony Bliss, Ft. Lupton,
Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of
April, A.D. , 1984 .
