RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 736 - RONALD L. HUFF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 25th day of May, 1983 , considered the request
of Ronald L. Huff to place a mobile home to be used as a princi-
pal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone Dis-
trict, on the parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:
Ek E?, Section 6 , T11N, R67W of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject
to the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit for
the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval
by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Ronald L.
Huff to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling
on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in
compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be,
and hereby is, granted subject to the condition above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
May, A.D. , 1983 .

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that
the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS:
The Department of Planning Services staff has not received any objections to the
placement of the mobile home on this site.
It is the intent of the applicant to utilize the 3.9 acre site to raise fruit
trees, predominantly winter hardy varieties of apple.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is condi-
tional upon the applicant applying for and receiving a. building permit for the
mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of
County Commissioners.

COMMENTS:
The subject site is on the eastern side of Interstate 25, .7 mile south of the

northern and eastern boundary of this parcel. Access is to the 1-25 Frontage
Road; a gravel road.
