RE: APPROVAL OF REPLAT OF LOTS 15, 16 AND 17, WESTRIDGE SUBDI-
VISION, 3RD FILING - WILLIAM WALLER, ET AL.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of April, 1980, a public meeting
was held in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado for considering the application of
William Waller, et al. , for a replat of Lots 15, 16 and 17 ,
Westridge Subdivision, 3rd Filing, said property being more
particularly described as follows :
Lot 15, except that parcel of land described
in Book 757, Reception No. 1678899, and Lots
16 and 17, Block 4 , Westridge Third Filing,
Weld County, Colorado as recorded in Book
648 under Reception No. 1569689, Weld County
records, containing 3. 510 acres more or less.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard the testi-
mony and statements of those present, has studied the recommenda-
tions of the Weld County Planning Commission, and having been
fully informed, is satisfied that the proposed replat of Lots 15,
16 and 17, Westridge Subdivision, 3rd Filing, conforms in all
repsects to the requirements of the Weld County Subdivision Regu-
lations and finds that the approval of said replat would be in
the best interest of Weld County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the replat of Lots 15,
16 and 17 , Westridge Subdivision, 3rd Filing, be, and hereby is
approved.

B. Drainage easements or right-of-ways reserved for drainage have not been
changed.
C. Street locations and street right-of-ways reserved for drainage have not
been changed.
D. The plat has not been altered in any way which would adversely affect the
character of the original subdivision plat.
2. On March 13, 1980 the Weld County Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee recom-
mended approval of this request
