Circumstances have changed for us during the past six months and we now find it necessary, in order to take advantage of a very attractive financing package, to change the accepted description of our two lots. Therefore, this letter accompanies an application for Subdivision Exemption which will include one lot that has improvements on it and another which is undeveloped. We still intend to follow through with subdivision of the undeveloped parcel; however, we will wait to proceed until the real estate market and interest rates will allow such a venture to be profitable.
