Creek, to include consideration of issues
raised by Senate Bill 10
B. Petition for Rulemaking, Administrative
Reconsideration and Rehearing by the
City of Golden for rulemaking, reconsideration
and rehearing on Segments 14 and 15, Clear
Creek, to include consideration of issues raised
by Senate Bill 10
C. City of Thornton Petition for Rulemaking and
Assignment of Stream Classification and Standards
to classify as public water supply and apply
appropriate numeric standards to the following
municipally owned public water supply reservoirs :
Columbine Reservoir No. 1 (2,600 acre-feet)
Columbine Reservoir No. 2 ( 300 acre-feet)
Columbine Reservoir No. 3 (1 ,900 acre-feet)
Columbine Reservoir No. 4 ( 700 acre-feet)
Columbine Reservoir No. 5 (2,500 acre-feet)
in Adams County, Colorado, on the east side of
the South Platte River, within Segment 15 as
established by the Water Quality Control Commission
under classifications and numeric standards for
the South Platte River Basin, adopted the 6th
day of April, 1981, and
Three reservoirs presently under construction and
located on the west side of the South Platte River,
which, for purposes of this petition will he iden-
tified as Columbine Reservoirs No. 6, 7, and 8
(Estimated total capacity: 3,000 A.F.) .

XI. Continuation of Deliberations on stream classifications
and assignment of standards for the entire Arkansas River
Basin including all tributaries and standing bodies of water.
This includes all or parts of Lake, Chaffee, Custer, Fremont,
El Paso, Pueblo, Huerfano, Las Animas, Otero, Prowers,
Baca, Kiowa, Cheyenne, Linsoln, Teller and Elbert
Counties.
XII. Contingent on completion of the item above the Commissiion
may finalize the Basis and Purpose and Fiscal Statement.
NOTE: ANY ITEM IN THE BUSINESS OR DELIBERATIVE PORTIONS OF THE MEETING MAY BE
TAKEN UP FOR CONSIDERATION AT ANY TIME AFTER THE CALL TO ORDER. HEARINGS
MAY BE RECONVENED AT TIMES AND LOCATIONS DETERMINED BY THE COMMISSION.
