RE: APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN WELD COUNTY AND GREELEY LEASING
COMPANY CONCERNING LEASE OF A VAN TYPE VEHICLE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, an agreement between the Weld County District Attorney ' s
Office and Greeley Leasing Company concerning the lease of a van type
vehicle for use in the Shape Up Program has been presented to the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for approval, and
WHEREAS, the term of said agreement shall be from August 17, 1981
to August 17 , 1982 and the rental rate shall be $1. 00 per month and
Weld County agrees to furnish insurance coverage on said vehicle, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied said
agreement and deems it advisable to approve the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the agreement between the Weld County
District Attorney' s Office and Greeley Leasing Company be, and hereby
is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that
the Chairman is hereby authorized to sign said agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
August, A.D. , 1981.

LEASE AGREEMENT
The Greeley Leasing Company agrees to lease a van type vehicle
to the Weld County District Attorneys Office for use, as needed,
in the Shape Up Program at the rate of $1.00 per month. Weld
County agrees to furnish insurance coverage. Term of lease shall
be from August 17, 1981 to August 17, 1982.
