RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Anita Owens be appointed to said board as
the District 6 representative, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Larry Wilson be reappointed to said board as
the District 2 representative; Syl Manlove be reappointed to said board as the District 5
representative; Mary O'Neal be reappointed to said board as the at-large member; and Randy
Peterson be reappointed to said board as an associate member, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Anita Owens to said board, and
reappoint Larry Wilson, Syl Manlove, Mary O'Neal, and Randy Peterson to said board, with
terms to expire December 31, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Anita Owens be, and hereby is, appointed; and Larry Wilson, Syl
Manlove, Mary O'Neal, and Randy Peterson be, and hereby are, reappointed, all with terms to
expire December 31, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of December, A.D., 2003.
