RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jennifer Galindo be reappointed to said
board as the District 4 representative; that Syl Manlove be reappointed to said board as the
District 5 representative; and that Leo Weaver be reappointed to said board as the At Large
representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Jennifer Galindo, Syl Manlove,
and Leo Weaver to said board, with terms to expire May 23, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Jennifer Galindo, Syl Manlove, and Leo Weaver be, and hereby
are, reappointed to the Board of Public Health, with terms to expire May 23, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 2nd day of June, A.D., 2003.
