exhibits, tendered to your offices on December 16, 2002, that the Applicants, William N. and Ann
M. Stonebraker,erg the mineral estate owners and obviously erg aware of this proceeding.
Kindly note that title commitment issued September 23, 2002, Order No. 8058314 C-2 by
Transnation Title Insurance Company(copy included with Application) so indicates their mineral
interest ownership.
