Home My WebLink About20031303.tiff 1 111111 11111 1111111 11111 11111111 1111111II11111111111111 6j 3070528 06/09/2003 11:00A Weld County, CO 1 of 1 R 0.00 D 0.00 Steve Moreno Clerk& Recorder RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE VACATION OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1000 - BESTWAY PAVING COMPANY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, by Resolution dated March 24, 1993, the Board did approve Special Review Permit#1000 for a a Dry-Pit Gravel Mine in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for Bestway Paving Company, on the following described real estate, to-wit: Part of the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 36, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from current property owners, T and T Concrete, Inc., and Tim and Marilyn Thissen, do Otis, Coan and Stewart, LLC, 1812 56th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado 80634, to vacate said Special Review Permit#1000, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Special Review Permit#1000 be, and hereby is, vacated. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of May, A.D., 2003.
