RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY
PREVIOUSLY OWNED BY STEVE AND NONA COX - BILL HALL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Agreement Concerning Property
Previously Owned by Steve and Nona Cox between the County of Weld,State of Colorado, by and
through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,on behalf of the Greeley/Weld County
Housing Authority, and Bill Hall,with terms and conditions being as stated in said agreement,and
WHEREAS,after review, the Board deems it advisable to deny said agreement, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, ex-officio Housing Authority Board, that the Agreement Concerning Property
Previously Owned by Steve and Nona Cox between the County of Weld, State of Colorado,by and
through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,on behalf of the Greeley/Weld County
Housing Authority, and Bill Hall be, and hereby is, denied.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 27th day of October, A.D., 2003.

Dear Mr. Hall:
I understand that you are now the owner of the property formerly owned by Steve and Nona Cox.
You have indicated your intent to pay off the indebtedness against the property. Attached is a
summary of the payoff
Subject to the ratification by the Board of County Commissioners as the Weld County Housing
Authority, I am suggesting that the accrued late charges of$880.00 be waived provided you agree
to bring the property into compliance with the Weld County Code by removing any derelict
vehicles and junk on the property. In addition, are responsible for removing the mobile home
from the property using appropriate legal methods.
