Also enclosed is a Market Analysis of our home before the spill and an analysis after the spill. We feel our home is not marketable due to the quarterly testing of vapors (benzene) detected. The levels are above state standards. The home would not be appealing for anyone with children since the school also has permanent ventilation as does our home.
