HomeMy WebLinkAbout830695.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 720 - JOSEPH LELL WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 20th day of April, 1983 , considered the request of Joseph Lell to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Part of the Sz, Section 7 , T1N, R66W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted, sub- ject to the following conditions: 1) before any building permit can be issued for this mobile home, certification must be pro- vided by the applicant which demonstrates that the structure can be floodproofed as certified by a registered professional engineer or licensed surveyor; and 2) the applicant must apply for and re- ceive a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commis- sioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Joseph Lell to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby is, granted subject to the conditions above listed. COMMENTS: The Department of Planning Services staff has not received any negative comments regarding this case. The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is conditional upon the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
