Official Notice of Intent to Levy Tax In Year of District Organization
Dear Commissioners and County Assessor:
Our office acts as general counsel to the above-named District, which is expected to be
organized in 2003 pursuant to §32-1-101, et seq. C.R.S. The District will conduct its
organizational election in November 2003.
In accordance with §39-1-110(1), C.R.S., and on behalf of the proposed District, notice is
hereby given that said District fully expects to be organized this year (2003), which will be
evidenced by an Weld County District Court Order of Organization. Therefore, upon its
organization, the District intends to levy a tax in 2003, the same year of its official organization.
