RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 734 - HERBERT W. LEGG WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 1st day of June, 1983 , considered the request of Herbert W. Legg to place a mobile home to be used as an accessory structure for a dog kennel and to be placed in an A-Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Part of the West #, SW4, Sec. 22 , T2N, R66W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the applicant applying for and receiving a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Herbert W. Legg to place a mobile home to be used as an accessory structure for a dog kennel on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the condition as above listed. Legg on a zoning permit for a mobile home and accessory structures, we are opposed to the subdivision of any more land in our area. At the time we purchased 25 acres from Adolph Anderson the county commissioners stated that the rest of Mr. Andersons land could not be subdivided. It would either have to be sold to people surr- ounding his land or sold in one piece as it lays. We are also opposed to having dogs on both sides of us. It is too close for as many dogs as these people have and we would have to listen to these dogs 24 hours a day. We feel that things in our area need to be cleaned up a bit before more subdivision is permited. Also , the land in question is not big enough in our opion to adequately be occupied by more than one mobile home. These people have told us that they will be putting three mobile homes on the land. That is entirely too many homes for this area. Thank you for letting us know when the meeting will be held.
