RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION VI0200227 AGAINST CRAIG NORDEN AND KARON HOWARD FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Craig Norden and Karon Howard, VI #0200227, are allegedly in violation of the Weld County Code, and WHEREAS, on the 12th day of August, 2003, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, Craig Norden and Karon Howard were not present or represented at said hearing, although all parties were notified of said hearing by Department of Planning Services staff, and WHEREAS, at said hearing of August 12, 2003, the Board of County Commissioners determined the property owner has brought the subject property into compliance and deemed it advisable to dismiss said matter.
