Brief narrative as to why the reduction was made: Property is an old school classified on our records as a Bi-level. After inspection changed basement to minimal finished and gave prop_erty 15% external obsolescence due to the traffic on comer of 37Th Street and 65 Ave. Due to Property being and old school gave 20% functional obsolescence, also basement floods due to corn field next to property. 7. Both parties agree that the hearing scheduled before the Weld County Board of Equalization on 7/25/03 at 2:30 be vacated; or, a hearing has not yet been scheduled before the Board of Equalization (check if appropriate).
