RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR A MOBILE HOME PERMITTED AS A
TEMPORARY ACCESSORY TO THE FARM - JACKIE BRUCE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a the request for an extension of time for
Certificate of Compliance #COC-99-0036 for a Mobile Home permitted as a Temporary
Accessory to the Farm from Jackie Bruce, 2010 46th Avenue, Unit#3, Greeley, Colorado
80634, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 6th day of October, 2003, at
which time the applicant was not present, and the Board deemed it advisable to continue said
matter one week to allow her time to appear before the Board to discuss the request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
October 13, 2003, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of October, A.D., 2003.
