A tract of land situate in the SW '/ of Section 6,Township 7 North, Rang 67 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, which considering the West line of the said SW 'A as
bearing North 00°30'12"West and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is
contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point on the West line of the said
SW '/ which bears South 00o30'12", 244.12 feet from the West Quarter Corner(W'/a
Cor) of said Section 6 and run thence along the Southerly line of the Water Supply and
Storage Company Ditch South 45°55'55"East, 1242.42 feet, and again South 49°13'17"
East, 293.99 feet and again South 56°24'40"East, 155.49 feet, and again South
69°30'30"East, 166.93 feet, and again South 77°59'55"East, 513.49 feet, and again
South 76'13'55"East, 440.34 feet, and again South 68°33'55"East, 151.59 feet to a point
of the East line of the said SW '/ ; thence along said east line South 00°27'30"East,
778.69 feet to the S ''A Corner of said Section 6; Thence South 86°06'58"West, 2424.12
