RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Area Agency on Aging Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Adella Andrijeski be appointed to said board
to replace John Andrijeski, and that Alberto Arriessecq and Susan Bromley be appointed to new
positions, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Adella Andrijeski to said board, with
a term to expire January 31, 2006, and to appoint Alberto Arriessecq and Susan Bromley to said
board, with terms to expire January 31, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Adella Andrijeski be, and hereby is, appointed to the Area Agency
on Aging, with a term to expire January 31, 2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Alberto Arriessecq and Susan Bromley
be, and hereby are, appointed to said board, with terms to expire January 31, 2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 25th day of August, A.D., 2003.
