1. The property is being used for equipment storage only until we are
called on for a use for a particular piece of equipment.

4. This is an agricultural community. We are storing equipment only,
which is actually similar to equipment being stored for farming. We have
payloaders and dump trucks, as a farmer has tractors and trucks.

A. The site is used only by Ronald & Michele Sack.
B. We have no employees.
C. Our hours vary as needed, usually Monday-Saturday.
D. No structures are being built at this time.
E. No animals pertaining to the business.
F. We have payloaders, dump trucks and backhoes that leave the yard
when needed. Not all equipment leaves every day.
G. Hudson Fire Department is our closest department.
H. We have our own domestic well and Henrylynn Irrigation water in
a pond located on the property.
I. We have our own domestic sewer system for the house. No other
system needed.
J. No storage is needed except for parking the equipment on the 7
acres.
6. There will be no additional landscaping needed for the
business. The landscaping for the personal home on the property is
already done.
7. If the Use by Special Review is terminated, nothing will need to
be done as no changes are being made to park equipment.
8. This does not apply as storm drainage is not needed.
�` 9. Site is already constructed as we live on the property. No new
building will occur.
10. No storage other than equipment will occur and wastes is not an
issue.
