HomeMy WebLinkAbout830678.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 798 - LARRY & BEVERLY RODENBURG WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 26th day of October, 1983 , considered the request of Larry and Beverly Rodenburg to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: The SWQ NWa of Section 22 , Township 6 North, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall obtain a final inspection for the remodeling of said mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) the applicant shall obtain a Certificate of Occupancy for said mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 3) the applicant shall be allowed to occupy said mobile home for a period of two weeks, at the end of the two week period the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with condition #2 ; and 4) within thirty days of the final inspection for the new resi- dence on said 40 acre parcel, the existing mobile home shall be removed from the parcel, thus allowing one dwelling per legal lot.
