(See attached) Mr. Espinoza is requesting a four-way stop be placed at the intersection of WCR 14.5 and WCR 23. Marc Street telephoned Mr. Espinoza on December 12, 2002, and informed him that Weld County would be performing a traffic investigation within the next few weeks. I made a site visit on January 3, 2003 to review conditions that may warrant a multi-way stop. The intersection is currently stopped for WCR 23 users and is paved in all directions except WCR 14.5 going west. ADT counts were taken on 7/31/02 with 443 vpd on WCR 23 between WCR 14.5 and WCR 18, 592 vpd on WCR 14.5 between WCR 23 and SII 85, and no counts taken on the gravel section of WCR 14.5 going west.
