Weld County Public Works Department has reviewed this change of zone request. Comments made during this phase
of the subdivision process may not be all-inclusive, as other concerns or issues may arise during the remaining
application process.
Comments
❑ The Resolution (public hearing 25-June-2003, 2O03-1363, PL1669) for this change of zone was granted subject to
conditions of approval. Condition 2.I. requests that a note be placed on the Change of Zone Plat "regarding these
ponds and any environmental implications of future land use". This note (Condition 2.I. as quoted) is covered under
Condition 2.L.17. and other applicable notes as requested by the Depaitiiient of Public Health and Environment. No
additional note is required to meet Condition 2.1.by Public Works.
