WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 1st day of June, 1983, considered the request of Alvin Dechant, Jr. to place a mobile home to be used as a princi- pal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone Dis- trict, on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: SEs, Section 29, T2N, R65W of the 6th P .M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub- ject to the applicant applying for and receiving a building per- mit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Alvin Dechant, Jr. to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the condition as listed above. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of June, A.D. , 1983.
