Home My WebLink About20030315.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED, DESIGNATING A COMMISSIONER TO MAKE ON-SITE INSPECTION AND SETTING THE HEARING DATE CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF RJML, LLC, DBA LA MARAVILLA, FOR A HOTEL AND RESTAURANT LICENSE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public meeting on the 3rd day of February, 2003, heard evidence to assist said Board in establishing the neighborhood to be served, designating the Commissioner to make the on-site inspection, and setting the hearing date concerning the application of RJML, LLC, dba La Maravilla, 13015 Weld County Road 16, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, for a Hotel and Restaurant License, and WHEREAS, the Board did determine that the following described area should comprise the neighborhood to be served concerning said application, to-wit: All of Sections 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33 all in Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, also including, but not limited to, the municipal boundaries of the City of Fort Lupton, and including all filings of the Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision WHEREAS, the Board further determined that Commissioner Masden should be designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application, and WHEREAS, the Board further determined that the hearing to consider said application shall be scheduled for February 26, 2003, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above described area be, and hereby is, established as the neighborhood to be served concerning the application of RJML, LLC, dba La Maravilla, for a Hotel and Restaurant License. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner Masden be, and hereby is, designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application.
