RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Retirement, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tony Molocznik be reappointed to said
board as the employee representative, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Richard Bauer be appointed to said board
as the employee representative, to replace Drew Scheltinga, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Tony Molocznik to said board,
with a term to expire July 31, 2007; and to appoint Richard Bauer to said board, with a term to
expire July 31, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Tony Molocznik be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of
Retirement, with a term to expire July 31, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Richard Bauer be, and hereby is,
appointed to the Board of Retirement, to replace Drew Scheltinga, with a term to expire July 31,
2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 4th day of August, A.D., 2003.
