IN THE MATTER OF THE SETTING OF FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY
THE WELD COUNTY GOVERNMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has adopted numerous Ordinances and Resolution setting
forth fee schedules for services provided by the various depart-
o ments of Weld County Government, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado desires, through this Ordinance, to set fees and charges
for the rental of various Weld County Government buildings , the
copying of County or public documents where the fee is not other-
wise specified by law, for the sale of Weld County road maps, for
the taking of fingerprints by the Weld County Sheriff' s Department
for individuals, and for extraordinary research of public records
which Weld County Government is not required to perform by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the fee schedule for
the rental of various Weld County Government buildings set forth
in Exhibit "1" , a copy of which is attached hereto and incor-
porated herein by reference, shall be the fees charged by the
Weld County Government for the rental services described therein.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the fee schedule for services pro-
vided by Weld County Government listed above, other than the ren-
tal of Weld County Government buildings, set forth in Exhibit "2" ,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, shall be the fees charged by the Weld County Government
for the services described therein.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the effective date of said fee
schedules shall be January 1 , 1981 and such fees shall remain in
full force and effect until this Board ordains to change such
fees.

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that pursuant to Section 3-14 (6) of the
Weld County Home Rule Charter, the Board of County Commissioners
finds and hereby declares this Ordinance to be an emergency
Ordinance and that its immediate passage is necessary for the
preservation and protection of the public health, property and
safety and that time is of the essence for the effective date
of this Ordinance.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
December, A.D. , 1980.

RULES
$50.00 Damage and Cleaning Fee will be applied to rental charges if every-
thing is left in a satisfactory condition.
A County employee responsible for the building must be present during weekend
events. The employee will be paid $6.00 per hour by sponsoring group prior
to the opening of event.
Any County labor provided beyond routine service will be charged on a cost
recovery basis determined by the Fair Manager for Fair buildings use.
