RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE #592 FROM THE A
(AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)
ZONE DISTRICT -WELD COUNTY LAND COMPANY, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 8th day of January, 2003, to
consider the request of Weld County Land Company, LLC, 2500 Arapahoe Avenue, Suite 220,
Boulder, Colorado 80302, for Change of Zone #592 from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the
PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter for
one week to allow Weld County Land Company, LLC, adequate time to meet with Weld County
staff and address the remaining outstanding issues of concern.
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this matter be
continued to January 15, 2003, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the application of Weld County Land Company, LLC, 2500
Arapahoe Avenue, Suite 220, Boulder, Colorado 80302, for Change of Zone #592 from the
A (Agricultural) Zone District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District be, and
hereby is, continued to January 15, 2003, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 8th day of January, A.D., 2003.
