Although conditions of approval do require the developer to include language in the deeds for each parcel. Dyecrest Dairy would also like to have language included on the final plat document. By including language on the final plat regarding the dairy, the notification to potential purchasers will be available on the plat as well as in their title work. Proposed language for the note is as follows: "An existing operating dairy and lagoons are located in close proximity to the subdivision. The owner of the dairy has the ability to expand the current operation and shall not he inhibited by property owners within the subdivision, pending that all applicable rules and regulations have been met. Property owners within the subdivision should be aware that flies, odors and dust may be associated with the operation of the dairy."
