RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL TO $CPAND THE BOUNDARIES OF THE EASTERN WELD PEST
CONTROL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a petition for expansion of the Eastern Weld Pest
Control District has been submitted to the Board of County Com-
missioners, and
WHEREAS, said petition concerns accepting the following
described land into said Pest Control District:

East Half and East Half of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 17
Southeast Quarter of Section 18
All of Section 19
West Half of Section 20
All of Section 24

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to approve
the expansion of the Eastern Weld Pest Control District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that approval is hereby given to
expand the Eastern Weld Pest Control District to include the above
described land.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
February, A.D. , 1981.
