Date: July 3, 2003
I met with Mr. & Mrs. Greenman July 3, 2003, at which time we reviewed their conditions of
approval. Mrs. Greenman had much of the information required prior to recording, with the
exceptions of the agreement for the right-of-way on CR 1 and the existing sign-age. I
forwarded an email to Lee Morrison today for his review . The other outstanding issue
concerned the delineation of the right-of-ways. Mr. & Mrs. Greenman are going to engage an
engineer to help them complete their conditions of approval and development standards.
There were no times specified for the completion of these issues. We will be waiting to hear
back from the Weld County Attorney's office before further action can be taken on this case.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Last Saturday afternoon, June 18, 2003 , I did a visual inspection
of the individual sewage disposal system at the subject address.
There were no visual indications of failure around the tank or the
leach field, i. e. there were no wet areas on the surface that would
indicate system failure and there were no areas where any settle-
ment had occurred that would indicate failure of the pipes or the
bed.
I would have to say that this system appears to be functioning as
_ intended at this time.
