Proposed use of property would be towing,storage,sales,rental of motorcycles,cars,recreational vehicles,noncommercial junk yard and auto pawn. 2. The number of employees will remain under six. C. What are the hours of operation? If towing will be allowed it will be open 24 hours a day 7 days a week other uses will be 10:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. D.What type and how many structures will be erected (built)at this site? One additional building will be erected in the future to be used as an office and maintenance building and mini storage units. E.What type and how many animals,if any,will be on site? There will be no livestock on this site. F. What kind(type,size,weight)of vehicles will be access this site and how often? Tow truck and associated vehicles,cars, recreational vehicles on an irregular schedule.Oil field and farm vehicles on established easement only. G.Who will provide fire protection to this site? The property is in Ft. Lupton fire district. H.What is the water source on this property? There is a domestic and a livestock well on the property. I.What is the sewage disposal system on the property?(Existing and proposed). There is a septic tank and leach field.No further improvements are proposed . 6.
