Location of Property: Approximately 3/4 mile southwest of Kersey; west of WCR
53.
The owners of the property described above have requested an exemption from
the Weld County Subdivision Regulations under Section 9-3A.
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons:

COMMENTS:
This proposal would identify a 1.0 acre lot for financing purposes only. The

Exemption.

To whom it may concern :
We are requesting a Subdivision Exemption of 1 acre of our
40 . 138 acres , being SW4, NEa, SEC 29 , T5N , R64W for the reason
of Financial . Our lender is releasing an acre to build our house
on . We have the authority to build on the 40 . 138 acres and
request that this be allowed on the 1 acre of land .
The 1 acre would be built on and the remaining 39 . 138 acres
would remain that of Dry Land Pasture and Agricultural .
If for some reason in the futrure we would need to sell the house
and the 1 acre , we would at that time apply for the Recorded
Exemption and add additional acres. However , we do not see that
forcoming .

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Carlson:

the Board of County Commissioners on Wednesday, January 25, 1984 at 9:30 a.m.
This meeting will take place in the County Commissioners' Hearing Room, first
floor, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado. It
is recommended that you and/or a representative be in attendance to answer any
questions the Board of County Commissioners members might have with respect to
your application.
The Department of Planning Services staff will make a recommendation
concerning this application to the Board of County Commissioners. It is the
