RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CANCELLATION AND RELEASE OF COLLATERAL
FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW#341 - RJML, LLC, DBA EL REVENTON NIGHT CLUB, C/O
RUBEN RODRIGUEZ
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request for cancellation and release of
collateral for Site Plan Review #341 from RJML, LLC, dba El Reventon Night Club, do Ruben
Rodriguez, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 19th day of May, 2003, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter two weeks to allow staff from Weld
County Department of Public Health and Environment to be present.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to June 4, 2003,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 19th day of May, A.D., 2003.
