HomeMy WebLinkAbout20031070.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE REVISIONS TO FEE SCHEDULE FOR FEES COLLECTED BY THE WELD COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,a public hearing was held on the 23rd day of April, 2003, at 9:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of considering an increased fee schedule for fees collected by the Weld County Department of Department of Public Health and Environment, and WHEREAS,after study and review,the Board deems it advisable to approve the proposed revisions to the fee schedule, effective April 1, 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,that the revised fee schedule for fees collected by the Weld County Department of Health Services, as attached be, and hereby is, approved, effective April 1, 2003. The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of April, A.D., 2003, nunc pro tunc April 1, 2003. Under the heading of"LABORATORY SERVICES", amend the fee for "Chlamydia/N. gonorrhoeae, Amplified Test"from $17.00 to $25.00. 2. Add "non-human encephalitis ELISA panel" under the heading of"MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES". The fee for this service is $8.50.
