RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF CHUCK BIRKEMEYER TO NOXIOUS WEED
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Chuck Birkemeyer be appointed to said board
as the representative, to replace John Folsom, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Chuck Birkemeyer to said board,with
a term to expire August 19, 2005.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Chuck Birkemeyer be, and hereby is, appointed to the Noxious Weed
Management Advisory Board, with a term to expire August 19, 2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 8th day of December, A.D., 2003.
