HomeMy WebLinkAbout830699.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 713 - JAMES AND JANET SAILAS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 16th day of March, 1983 , considered the request of James and Janet Sailas for a mobile home to be used as a prin- cipal dwelling, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District more particularly described as follows: Lots 5 and 6 , Block 25, Wattenberg Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) that the applicant meet all of the County Health Department requirements for an adequate septic sys- tem before the issuance of any building permits; and 2) the appli- cant shall apply for and receive a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days of the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners. There is a large earthern berm that runs along the eastern boundary of the property in a southwestern to northeasterly direction.
