This letter is in reference to Lot 2, as shown on RS-1022, Resubdivision of Union Colony Subdivision,

understanding and knowledge, I have no evidence to indicate that the oil and gas minerals have been
severed from the above referenced parcel. It is also my understanding that all oil and gas minerals are
