SMAW WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 17th day of November, 1982, considered the re- quest of William P. Smaw for a mobile home to be used as an accessory structure on the parcel of land, which is to be occu- pied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly des- cribed as follows: Part of the NA NWa, Section 11, T3N, R68W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of William P. Smaw for permission to place a mobile home to be used as an accessory structure on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordi- nance, Section 43, be, and hereby is granted upon the condition that this mobile home shall not be used for residential purposes. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of November, A.D. , 1982.
