RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION #969 - RONALD
AND MARY GRAHAM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Subdivision Exemption #969 for Ronald
and Mary Graham, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 22nd day of October, 2003, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one month to allow Ronald
and Mary Graham additional time to work with the Department of Planning Services to review the
various options for dividing the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
November 24, 2003, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 22nd day of October, A.D., 2003.
