KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That POWER RESOURCES CORPORATION does hereby release, relinquish
and surrender to the Lessor, County of Weld, Colorado, a political
subdivision of the State of Colorado, .by and through its Board of
County Commissioners
their heirs, assigns and legal representatives, all right, title and
interest, in, to and under that certain Mining Lease made and entered
into on September 30 , 19 77 , by and between
County of Weld, Colorado, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, by
and through its Board of County Commissioners
as Lessor and POWER RESOURCES CORPORATION as Lessee,
recorded in Book 810 , Page --- , Rec. No. 1732394 of the
records of Weld County, State of Colorado
covering the following described land, in said County and State, to-wit:
