I have scheduled a meeting with the Board of County Commissioners on March 11, 2003, at 10:00 a.m., to consider the violations occurring on the property. The "Noncommercial Junkyard" (see attached pictures) consisting of truck frames, dilapidated farm equipment,wood,fencing, camper/trailers, metal/iron and miscellaneous debris shall be removed, restored or screened from all adjacent property owners and public rights-of-way. Upon an inspection conducted on December 19, 2002, it was noted that a camper/trailer - Recreational Vehicle appeared to be utilized as a dwelling unit. Please be advised that this use has been taken out of the Weld County Code. The only exceptions regarding this change are to either park the camper/trailer-RV in an approved camping ground or to apply for a Zoning Permit to use it,as a"Temporary Dwelling Unit, During Construction". Please be advised that if all of the above items are corrected prior to March 10, 2003, the Violation Hearing will be cancelled. This meeting will take place in the County Commissioners' Hearing Room, First Floor, Weld County Centennial Center,915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado.
