RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #3334 - GREG AND
PATTY REEVES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request to review Condition of
Approval #3.F for Recorded Exemption #3334 for Greg and Patty Reeves, 16058 Weld County
Road 96, Nunn, Colorado 80648, for property which is described as the N1/2 W1/2 W1/2 of
Section 31, Township 10 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 30th day of June, 2003, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow adequate time for a work
session to discuss the Board's authority regarding conditions of approval for addressing the
concerns of school districts as it relates to cash-in-lieu fees or the donation of land.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is, continued to July 14,2003,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 30th day of June, A.D., 2003.
